،طلابنا وطالباتنا الأعزاء

:على الطلاب الراغبين بالتقديم على طلب انضمام لبعثات وزارة التعليم العالي أخذ الخطوات التالية

:أولاً : طلاب السنة التمهيدية 

        ١- يتوجب على طلاب السنة التمهيدية فور استلام نتائج الامتحانات النهائية أن يحصلوا على قبول غير مشروط أكاديمياً في احدى الجامعات المعتمدة حسب دليل الجامعات المعتمدة على موقع المكتب الثقافي

  ٢- بعد الحصول على القبول الدراسي غير المشروط أكاديمياً، يتوجب على الطالب أن يتقدم بطلب المصادقة على القبول الدراسي على موقع المكتب الثقافي كطالب خاص

        ٣– المكتب الثقافي سيقوم بمراجعة طلب تصديق القبول واعتماد القبول ومن ثم ارسال النسخة المصدقة إلى الطالب من خلال موقع المكتب الثقافي

  ٤– يتوجب على الطالب حينها مخاطبة المكتب الثقافي بشأن الانضمام إلى البعثة الدراسية وعليه سيقوم المكتب الثقافي بكتابة رسالة توصية بالإنابة عن الطالب لترسل بعدها إلى وزارة التعليم العالي في حال كان الطالب مستوفياً جميع شروط الانضمام للبعثة الدراسية

٥– ستقوم وزارة التعليم العالي بمراجعة ملف الطالب ودراسة حالته ومن ثم تقرر بشأن استحقاق الطالب للبعثة الدراسية وستقوم عند موافقتها بإرسال قرار الموافقة على ضم الطالب إلى المكتب الثقافي

:ثانياً : طلاب السنة الأولى أو الثانية 

        ١-يتوجب على طلاب السنة الأولى أو الثانية وعند اجتيازهم السنة الدراسية بنجاح تزويد المكتب الثقافي بكشف درجات السنة الدراسية التي تم اكمالها بنجاح بالإضافة إلى رسالة لمن يهمه الأمر صادرة عن الجامعة والتي تؤكد أن الطالب قد اجتاز السنة بنجاح

  ٢– يتوجب على الطالب حينها مخاطبة المكتب الثقافي بشأن الانضمام إلى البعثة الدراسية وعليه سيقوم المكتب الثقافي بكتابة رسالة توصية بالإنابة عن الطالب لترسل بعدها إلى وزارة التعليم العالي في حال كان الطالب مستوفياً جميع شروط الانضمام للبعثة الدراسية

٣– ستقوم وزارة التعليم العالي بمراجعة ملف الطالب ودراسة حالته ومن ثم تقرر بشأن استحقاق الطالب للبعثة الدراسية وستقوم عند موافقتها بإرسال قرار الموافقة على ضم الطالب إلى المكتب الثقافي

Dear Students,

Students who wish to apply for joining the scholarship of the Ministry of Higher Education should take the following steps:

First: Foundation Students:

• Upon successful completion of the foundation year, foundation students must obtain an academically unconditional offer at one of the approved Universities as per the current University guide.
• Students are then required to apply for degree offer approval on the KSIMS system as private student.
• The Cultural Office will then review the offer approval request and process the application of the student and once the offer is approved, a copy of the approved offer will be sent to the student via the KSIMS system.
• The student must then contact the Cultural Office about joining the scholarship, and accordingly the Cultural Office will write a letter of recommendation on behalf of the student to be sent to the Ministry of Higher Education if the student fulfils all the conditions of the scholarship.
• The Ministry of Higher Education will review the student’s request, and then decide on the student’s eligibility to the scholarship, and upon its approval, it will send the scholarship decree to the Cultural office.

 

Second: First- & Second-Year Students:

• Students of the first or second year, upon successful completion of the academic year, must provide the Cultural Office with a transcript, in addition to a To Whom It May Concern letter issued by the university, which confirms that the student has passed the year successfully and progressed to the next level.
• The student must then contact the Cultural Office about joining the scholarship, and accordingly the Cultural Office will write a letter of recommendation on behalf of the student to be sent to the Ministry of Higher Education if the student fulfils all the conditions of the scholarship.
• The Ministry of Higher Education will review the student’s request, and then decide on the student’s eligibility to the scholarship, and upon its approval, it will send the scholarship decree to the Cultural office.
